But seriously...
I’ve been editing for over 30 years, the last 15 in Minneapolis. As a staff editor I have worked for most of the major clients in the market and a lot of the little guys.
Long-form, short-form, 2 hour documentaries to 30 second spots, I’ve done it all. I can deliver on any tape format, (Yes, some people still use tape) a DVD, a web file or all of the above. Need five synchronized screens for an event? I can do that too.
My speed and accuracy have earned me many loyal and goofy clients.
"Joe Paolo is one of the best editors I've ever worked with. He's creative, fast, and, most importantly, an excellent story-teller. He always helps ensure that my video packages are well-paced, visually stunning, and impactful. Joe goes above and beyond on all of his projects. Beyond his excellent technical and creative skills, Joe is darn fun to work with. His irreverent sense of humor makes for an imminently enjoyable post-production experience."

Hubert H Humphrey: The Art of the Possible
Mick Caouette struggled for 10 years to produce this wonderful piece.
I am very proud of this project.
“After 15 years of documentary film making, I have not found a more skilled or professional editor than Joe Paolo. He doesn't just listen, he hears and sees what i want to say. he has a finely tuned intuitive sense that has been honed by years of experience.”

Here’s what Bill Moyers wrote after the September 15th premiere at the Ted Mann Theater in Minneapolis.
"Last evening I was among more than a thousand people who watched, laughed, gasped and wept at Mick Caouette's HUBERT H. HUMPHREY: THE ART OF THE POSSIBLE during a screening in Minneapolis. It is a powerful, moving, and honest film about arguably the most important United States Senator of the 20th century whose great personal courage shaped the world we live in. The audience left the screening last night having learned that politics is not all cynical manipulation by moneyed interests and that a single human being can signify against the odds."
